The hotel was fairly clean with great staff and sensational breakfast. Our guest room included central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The location was magnificent, at a walking distance from a modern museum...
The staff was rather noisy.

Nice big room with king size bed. The breakfast buffet was very diverse, best I've seen in hotels. Calm hotel, no noise. Excellent to get away from it all and just relax in the free access jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and warm water indoor pool. Don't forget to bring swimming caps for the indoor facilities, as it is required.

I had a fantastic stay, enjoying the well-maintained pool area which was great for unwinding after a day of exploring nearby sites like the Fabrica de Porcelana da Vista Alegre Museum and Parque Dom Pedro Infante, both within walking distance.

The old decor really detracts from the experience!!! Maintenance issues present safety hazards, and the foul sewer odor in the room was unacceptable!!! A far better approach to amenities could enhance overall comfort!!!

I was very poorly received upon check-in, the receptionist was extremely arrogant and unfriendly. The bedroom windows are damaged and not properly isolate the noise outside and had to change room 3 times. The bath towels are ruptured, a shame, is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. At check-out the hotel does not use the data you put in the reserve booking, had to be repeating everything and the employee still made mistakes in billing address.

Everything was good, Specially te breakfast.The Spa it's ok for the price of lodging.I Recommend this hotel also for going to the beach.

The Buffett was excellent value, as was the breakfast. The outdoor swimming pool facilities were excellent.
Lack of barstaff, sometimes there was no-one around the bar area at all.

The location of the Hotel was good,price and rooms were comfortable.The breakfast was excelent with lots of choice.
The staff wasn`t very friendly or attentive,i could here all the noise from the other rooms.I think they located all the guests on the same floor.
